Portraits - The 3:30 Project
Emotions - Values - Community
Since 2013, Stephanie has created images that reflect the processing of physical, emotional, and sexual trauma. She paints and then scrubs medium on the painting surface. A residue remains. The resulting nearly blank space invites closer scrutiny - it 'reads' much differently than would white paint or ink.

Landscapes and Seascapes
Stephanie grew up in a coastal town in Massachusetts. She attributes much of her resilience to her trusted friends Debbie and Leigh.
The seashore, experienced on mid-winter nighttime walks, provided a place for solace and companionship. Stephanie believes there is much healing in our connection to the landscape and environment.
